100 under 200 at Workhouse Arts Center: A Not So Black Friday

This past Saturday, Workhouse Arts Center opened their 100 under 200 show that includes an unrestricted exhibition of 100 local artists showing works priced at $200 or less. When I started ArtSee, I had the goal to help make art affordable  and accessible, this is just such a show that supports the same principal, and just in time for the holidays! On November 29, otherwise known as "Black Friday," the Workhouse will open its' doors to welcome the shopping craze for visitors to take home an original work of art for the holidays. The work ranges from ceramics to paintings and will rotate throughout the two months that the exhibition is on view, through January 5, 2013.

The show coincides with the mission of the Workhouse Arts Center  to create a diverse atmosphere to present unique arts, artists, and social experiences. Including over 100 artists, the community will truly be engaged in a different kind of exhibition experience.
